This allows me to work with California residents anywhere in the state, and offers a convenient way for couples and families to join therapy sessions from different locations when necessary. Zoom is accessible by computer, tablet, or phone, which means you can settle into a therapy session from the comfort of your home, office, or even on a walk outside.

In alignment with the Gestalt principle of organicity, nature shows us how living things move organically toward wholeness, adapt to change, and prove resilient through challenges. If you find grounding in nature, and don’t mind a little weather, therapy outdoors may be a good fit!
